Cherry Blossom

Tonight's cocktail adventure was our interpretation of the Cherry Blossom from this menu https://www.barhighfive.com/menu (randomly sent to me), using what we had on hand.
We went with 2oz brandy, 1/4oz luxardo, spoon blood orange bitters, spoon grenadine, and 1/4oz lemon juice. The lemon juice was a little tart, so we added a dash of sweet vermouth for balance.
It was great!
