Van Norden

Got to hike around Van Noden Meadow in the summer for the first time! Previously I've only seen it covered in snow (it's one of our favorite places to go cross-country skiing).

Here are two photos from roughly the same place, at the intersection of Lincoln Hwy trail and Snoop's Loop trail. The summer photo is looking down Lincoln Hwy, which runs along a fire road, and the winter photo is looking down Snoop's Loop, which doesn't look at all like a trail in the summer.
